So, as I had no class on Friday, I decided to hit up the Tate Britain, which houses more traditional artworks than the Tate Modern.
Mondrian!
Lucian Freud.
An unfinished portrait of John Singer Sargent's Madame X.
After the Tate, I started walking and stumbled upon Westminster Abbey.
Also made it to Downing Street, where the Prime Minister lives.
I then went shopping at Liberty, which is without a doubt, the most wonderful store I have ever been in. Hermes scarves, John Derian paperweights, Alexander Wang, beautiful linens and fabrics, Cutler & Gross sunglasses, just the most beautiful things imaginable! It was all so very expensive, but I found this necklace that I fell in love with, and it was literally the most inexpensive thing in there! I LOVE IT!
